San Pellegrino Ski Area<\/h3>\n

Falcade is a famous ski resort, located within the San Pellegrino Ski Area, which forms part of the Alpe Lusia-San Pellegrino ski area, one of the 12 that make up Dolomiti SuperSki<\/b><\/a>,the world\u2019s largest ski circuit, with over 1200 km of runs that always boast perfect snow cover, as well as 250 cutting-edge lift systems. Falcade truly is a winter sport lovers\u2019 paradise. Its particular exposure guarantees sun-kissed ski runs that always have fresh snow, as well as spectacular 360-degree views over the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites, a Unesco World Heritage site: Monte Civetta, the Marmolada Range, Monte Pelmo, Cime d\u2019Auta, Pale di San Martino, Mulaz and Focobon.<\/span><\/p>\n

All the ski runs are equipped with artificial snow-making systems, served by efficient, modern lifts and easy-to-reach, typical refuges<\/strong>\u00a0where you can relax between descents, enjoying the sunshine or sampling some delicious dishes traditional to the Dolomites.<\/p>\n

The brand-new eight-seater Falcade \u2013 Le Buse<\/strong> gondola lift\u00a0offers convenient access to the ski area from the centre of Falcade: from the approx. 1100 m asl of Molino, just minutes are sufficient to reach Le Buse, at an altitude of 1884 m asl. The gondola lift can also be used by non-skiers.<\/p>\n

Higher up, from the San Pellegrino Pass<\/strong>, about 15 minutes from Falcade, is the departure point of the Col Margherita Cableway\u00a0<\/strong>up to the 2413 m asl of Col Margherita. Starting out from here are some of the most beautiful and thrilling runs in the area, including the VolatA<\/strong>, a new black level run with an altitude difference of around 630 m and 4-5 impressive drops with a gradient of 50%.<\/p>\n
