The San Pellegrino ski area hosts the Women’s Ski World Cup
From 6th to 8th March the San Pellegrino ski area with its adrenalinic La Volata slope welcomes the Women’s Ski World Cup races.
The rescheduled downhill race, postponed in recent months in Crans Montana, will be held on Friday.
In detail, the program of this important sports kermesse:
- Wednesday 4 March and Thursday 5 March downhill trials
- Friday, March 6th downhill race (Crans Montana recovery)
- Saturday 7 March downhill race
- The super G race will take place on Sunday 8 March, the closing day of the competition
The ski lifts will be active during both days of competition, it is recommended to access them with skis on your feet.
INFO ABOUT HOW TO JOIN THE RACE:
- Traffic info: Passo San Pellegrino will be closed to traffic from 8:30 to 11:00 am, both from Trentino side (from Ronchi) and from Veneto side (from Passo Valles crossroad );
- Ski area: San Pellegrino Ski Area will be open (except for La VolatA) . You can reach the parterre and Col Margherita using lift and slopes open to the public;
- Bus Parterre: a special public bus service Moena – San Pellegrino for parterre spectators. No reservation required;
- Shuttle Service: a special round-trip shuttle service will be available for tribune ticket holders and VIP package guests from Moena, Falcade and Canale d’Agordo;
- Ski Bus: the regular ski bus service connecting to Passo San Pellegrino will remain active: the service is free for race spectators holding a valid ticket for that day;
- Parking: parking area will be available in Moena, Falcade e Canale d’Agordo near the shuttle stops.
