Valerio Scarpa was born in 1970, he graduated in natural sciences and from an early age he has a real passion for climbing, which began to practice around Mestre Venice, the land where he grew.
His passion for this adrenaline-pumping sport, combined with hiking and skiing, has led him to take part on adventurous trips around the world, exploring the glaciers of Norway and Sweden or exploring Morocco,Nepal, India to name a few.
Actually he lives in the Agordo valleys, in close contact with its beloved mountains, the Dolomites Unesco World Heritage, a perfect combination of passion and work.

Luca Ganz- LAREFA – Mid Mountain Guide and International Mountain Leader

Luca Ganz was born and grew up immersed in the fantastic nature of his Falcade and Val del Biois, thanks to the teachings of his father, his passion for the mountains grew years by years learning to know deeply and respect it.
His great desire to know, has led him to travel to deepen his knowledge, completing his training outside Italy, facing the slopes and paths of the mountains of the European continent, including Scotland, England, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal and Cyprus.
After long climbs and trekking in the mountains beyond the Alps, he finally returned to its native Belluno Dolomites, to share his experience and his passion, providing what he has learned in different climatic conditions to those who want to deal with his expert guide a medium mountain route.

Cristina Santini – Mid Mountain Guide – AMM

She was born in Faenza and started skiing at the age of 4 years old and since then, the Dolomites have become her favorite place in the world.
In 2011 she bought a small house, “a den”, in San Tomaso Agordino right in front of Civetta, a magical place that everyone should visit, surrounded by breathtaking views, woods, mountains and animals.
She studied languages at high school, so she speaks English and French well, and then economics at the university.
In winter she splits her life between work as a chartered accountant and the mountains where she finds her dimension.
During the summer she lives and works in the Dolomites.
In 2019 she becames AMM, in 2021 mountain bike guide and in 2024 Mountain Leader.
Her passions are freeriding, alpine skiing, ski mountaineering, climbing, mountain biking and travelling.
She loves nature, animals and writing… her first book about the true story of an alpinist from Romagna was recently published.
Her goal is to motivate people to push them to overcome their limits.
