Casparetha
The Casparetha is a competitive and non-competitive walk that takes place at night, with snowshoes or ski mountaineering skis.
Starting out from Piazza Papa Luciani in Canale d’Agordo and arriving in the enchanting Gares Valley, it takes place in the months of January or February, depending on the amount of snow that has fallen during the period.
The route is around 5 kilometres long, with an elevation gain of 224 m. For the competitive event, a medical certificate is required.
Entries can be made at the Pro Loco tourist office in Canale d’Agordo, or online on the event website.
